A bit about us, and why Rarotonga..

 

Perspectives Photography:

Perspectives Wedding Photography is the combination of husband / wife photography team Isaac & Amber de Reus.
We are both NZIPP Qualified wedding photographers - and are commissioned to photograph weddings all over New Zealand.

We have both won numerous awards for our wedding & portrait photography.

Why photograph weddings in Rarotonga?

We get many requests to travel to the islands to photograph people's weddings.
Last year, we had a brilliant time working in Fiji - and loved the warmth, the laid back atmosphere, and the chance to shoot something a bit different!
While we would love to offer our photography services really cheap (or even free) in exchange for having our flights & accommodation covered.. the reality is that we've also got to pay the bills!

So we came up with the idea of living in Rarotonga for a few months each year, and photographing weddings.
This means that you don't need to pay our flights / accommodation - as we'll already be there.
Just choose the photography package that you feel best fits your needs, and you're all sorted!

Because we're based in New Zealand for most of the year, it's also a great way for you to be able to meet us prior to booking, to have a look at our beautiful Queensberry albums, and chat about the details of your wedding.

We feel there's a lack of truly high end photography options in Rarotonga - for people that are looking for really consistent, reliable, and top quality results.

At this stage, we're looking at being based in Rarotonga for most of July 2011, and all of August 2011.

Our New Zealand wedding season fills up really quickly - so those are the only 2 months that we're not already booked.
Plus - the added bonus of this being the BEST time to get married in Rarotonga... beautiful weather as it's right in the middle of the dry season... and also the BEST time to escape New Zealand for the middle of winter!
